ElevenSupport Pro is activated via a license key purchased from ElevenX Plugins. Once activated, Pro features including AI tools and advanced settings become available.

Purchasing a License #

Pro licenses are available on the ElevenSupport product page. After purchase, you will receive a license key by email from LemonSqueezy.

Activating Your License #

1. In your WordPress admin, go to Support > Settings.
2. Click the License tab.
3. Enter your license key in the field provided.
4. Click Activate.
5. The status will update to Active — Pro features are now enabled.

What Happens After Activation #

• The AI tab appears in Support > Settings (allows configuring OpenAI or Anthropic).
• The White Label tab appears in Support > Settings.
• AI Draft Reply and auto-triage features become available on ticket pages.

Deactivating Your License #

1. Go to Support > Settings > License.
2. Click Deactivate.
3. This frees up one activation slot — important if you are moving to a different site or have a single-site plan.

Troubleshooting #

• “Activation failed” — Check that the key was copied correctly with no extra spaces.
• “License limit reached” — Deactivate from another site first, or upgrade to a plan with more activations.
• License not working after renewal — Click Deactivate, then Activate again to refresh the license status.
