This guide walks you through installing ElevenSupport, completing initial setup, and handling your first support ticket.
Requirements #
- WordPress 5.9 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- WooCommerce (optional — not required for basic operation)
Installation #
Option 1: Direct Download #
- Go to the ElevenSupport product page and click Download Free.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Choose the downloaded zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
Option 2: Install from WordPress.org #
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for ElevenSupport.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
Initial Setup #
- Go to Support > Settings in your WordPress admin menu.
- On the General tab, enter your Company Name, From Name, and From Email.
- Create a new WordPress page and add the shortcode
[elevensupport_portal]to its content. Publish the page. - Back in Support > Settings > General, select that page from the Support Portal Page dropdown. Save Settings.
Your First Ticket #
- Visit the frontend portal URL (the page you created above).
- Fill in the ticket form and submit a test ticket.
- In WordPress admin, go to Support > Tickets — your ticket will appear there.
- Click the ticket title to open it, then type a reply and click Submit Reply.
Customizing Settings #
- General tab — Company name, from email, portal page assignment.
- Email tab — Customize subject and body for new ticket, reply, customer reply, and ticket closed notifications.
- Agent assignment is managed per-ticket from the ticket edit screen.
